The S-Klasse is still the same, bone stock and no issues so far. It's garaged most of the time since we only use it once in a while and me and my dad roll with our passats, the ultimate workhorse of the family. Anyway, it was a nice day today and took the S for a wash. I also took some pictures as well and had a bit of fun with P-bucket editing it. Common man mod it out already! Slam it on 20s, tints and xenons ! (to start with anyway) Just wondering I had a loaner S430 it didn't have the soft close doors it was a 2004 but yours is a 2005 do you have that or was it an option?? I'm just a little curious, its all the little differences drive me insane. Any interior shots of your car? |

Its a nice little feature for sure! Is this something one can do as a mod? Modding it now doesn't seem too realistic to say the least. I mean, the 'rents are still holding on to it dearly and I still my Passat as my daily workhorse. Putting on 20s and slamming it wouldn't be something my dad would wanna wake up seeing on morning. Maybe if I start working on my profession after graduation I could put some $$ aside and have the S as my project car. By then, my dad should be eyeing an SL (maybe). Tell them you want to set xenon=present. |

Hey guys, Its been a long time since i posted here. Anyway, I'm selling my Passat and I'll be taking partial ownership of the S. I'm trying to search for good sources of aftermarket and OEM parts so if you guys now any here in Toronto I'd really appreciate that. Basically I want to upgrade to OEM xenons, buy a set of 19" summer wheels, and lowering links. I may have to tint the car soon as my first official mod (well, it isn't exactly a mod but I have to start somewhere).
I'm really looking forward being active in these forums from now on. Here's some new-er pics I took while on sabbatical from this excellent forum.    |
