My Ride: 1973 450 SL Convertible

Hello everyone......

I just purchased a 1973 Mercedes 450 SL Convertible. Its got 85,000 miles and it was from the original owner.

The car has been parked outside for 1 year but started fine with a Jump Start. The body seems to be in ok condition and there is some rust through on the bottom of the car. Can anyone recommend a honest mechanic in Toronto that know these cars well. I would like to get a once over safety check.

I believe its called a W107 Body.

Thanks For The Help....and I am looking forward to meeting many of you.

Cheers,

Al

Welcome aboard!

"...there is some rust through "

Not to scare you off, but most likely this is the appetizer...
